Warranty Policy

Warranty terms are clearly stated on each individual product page.

• Local Warranty: Claimable directly through us or authorized local distributors for the specified duration.
• International Warranty: Items with international warranties require the buyer to manage claims with the manufacturer directly. We do not cover shipping costs for international RMAs.
• Used/Pulled Items: Unless otherwise stated, used or pulled items carry a standard 7-day checking warranty to ensure they are fully functional upon arrival.

Physical damage, burn marks, or tampering will void any and all warranties.

Return & Exchange

Returns are only accepted if the product is proven to be dead on arrival (DOA) or significantly not as described. We do not offer returns for "change of mind".
